If this is war arc, I don't think Sasuke could beat KCM Minato even if he had PS considering Minato is going to be extremely difficult to hit due to KCM speed, hiraishin and clones, and has the firepower to damage PS with tailed beast rasengan. The other two don't make a really big difference offensively, but they can help distract sasuke and bail minato out if sasuke is about to hit him.
Team two should win even if Sasuke has PS.
