Intel: Full for Sasuke, manga for the Sages
Mindset: To kill
Conditions: War Arc versions. Sasuke can use any Susanoo version up to V4, but full body versions and PS are restricted. Toad summonings are out and both Sages are already in Sage Mode, Jiraiya is fused with Ma and Pa of course.

If one side is too disadvantaged, either unrestrict full body Susanoos or give Naruto access to KCM.

Susano arrow one shots SM Jiraiya, Sasuke would then proceed to stomp SM Naruto.

Sasuke obliterates them both. Give Naruto KCM and he might win on his own let alone with Jiraiya's help. Give Sasuke full bodied Susanoo and he'd solo KCM Naruto and SM Jiraiya.

assuming kurama is completely restricted, the only way naruto and jiraiya can win is if they pull off frog song which they probably won't. Sasuke can keep up V4 all day and naruto's only way of breaching it (FRS/variants) is countered by enton. SM Chou oodama rasengan wouldn't damage it fast enough, Sasuke would repair that, assuming he'd even allow them to land those attacks considering his reactions are so superior to their own.

Even if naruto had access to kurama's chakra reserves and had ma and pa on his shoulder's, he still would probably lose due to not being able to breach it.
