itachi is healthy and his susano equipped with yata should be on legged level least. Plus they have minato, they won't even need susano for defensive purposes. So it will be used for attack only and that too can happen from different directions. Sasuke will need susano all the time while team won't. That alone wins this match up for them.

Itachi can't hold Susanoo longer than Sasuke can, not even by a long shot, and Minato can't do anything to Sasuke while Susanoo is up. So either they camp in Itachi's Susanoo or they run w/ Hiraishin. The former leads to Sasuke outlasting them while the latter leads to Sasuke just killing them.
