If six paths and Gedo Mazo are restricted, Sasuke can take this. He definitely will need Legged Susano'o or better though.
By the way, Sasuke can easily use Legged Susano'o. The man not only used Amaterasu numerous times on Zetsu and used a genjutsu, but he activated v4 instantly twice and also fought Kabuto. Where he decided to spam Amaterasu and Susano'o and used another genjutsu, all without trouble. He proceeded to travel huge distances (he said he passed by numerous abandoned villages) and he also made his way to Konoha, shortly after he started heading to the battlefield by foot. When he arrived he once again used Susano'o and Amaterasu multiple times without drawback.
If you are implying Legged Susano'o needs so much more chakra than a v4 with Enton orbs, that he is incapable of producing it than you clearly underestimate Sasuke's stamina. Let's not forget the fact that he literally just awakened EMS..
