Orochimaru wouldn't be able to break out Sasuke's genjutsu. Danzo was able to break out of it because of two reason. 1) He had sharingan. 2) He was able to withstand pain and torture from being in root. I mean he did take a chidori to the chest and barely slowed down. When Sasuke placed his genjutsu on C, one of Raikage A's bodyguards, who was adept at genjutsu, he was completely incapacitated. Sasuke probably wouldn't even need MS level genjutsu. Itachi was able to easily deal with Orochimaru with regular genjutsu, but then again Itachi was a beast at genjutsu. Either was Sasuke takes this with mid difficulty with MS or EMS.

A normal sharingan was enough for Sasuke to beat oro with genjutsu, so I'm pretty sure even a weak tsukuyomi would be overkill. This is going to be a really easy win for Sasuke.
