Obito doesn't need Rinnegan to beat Sasuke. Sasuke has no counter to Kamui intagibility. Obito simply goes inside Susanoo and warps him.

Obito is probably the strongest counter to Susanoo out there.

Even -IF- he couldn't get through it, Sasuke has no way to beat him. Obito can warp the Susanoo arrows ( or himself ), can't be affected by Tsukuyomi and can warp Amaterasu. Sasuke would eventually run out of chakra, whereas Obito's Kamui has not been shown to exhaust him.

As if that's not enough, Obito can use the Animal Path to keep Sasuke's Susanoo busy and even Shinra Tensei if somehow, by **** all logic, the Susanoo arrows would get to him.

Preta also absorbs Susanoo.

Sasuke has no way of winning whatsoever.

Kamui is one of the most OP skills in the manga.

Tobi has Preta, Shinra Tensei and Kamui which -ALL- counter Susanoo and Amaterasu.

Obito can't get inside Sussano and Warp Sasuke. That's such a ridiculous point. He will have to materialize and Sasuke is protected by his Sussano aura in all forms as Sussano is made up of Chakra from the body. That aside, if Obito has Izanagi, he wins this mid-difference. If he only has Kamui then he either wins high difference or Sasuke wins extremely high difference - with a bit of luck thrown in - provided he can predict Obito's intangibility time and continuously attacks. Sasuke has been shown to go hard and fast - as he did with Danzo - and makes him go intangible for 5 straight minutes. I lean towards Obito more though.
