Sasuke wins the first scenario because Sasuke in scenario two isn't fan-fic Sasuke. All Susano'os have the same strength so Sasuke's own PS will have the same strength as Madara's PS, meaning he can still create those shockwaves. I don't see what people don't understand here.​

Lmfaoooooooooo, sasuke doesn't have chance against nagato in either scenario. Sasuke have that type of power 1 is not fact and 2 nagato overpowers him with rinnegan. Preta path absorbs any regular jutsu sasuke uses that's a given, nagato can use planetary devastation in a instant as seen against naruto bee and itachi and sasuke most likely will never figure the counter. 2 for sasuke to get madara type suasnoo he needs rinnegan which he doesn't have. And your forgetting that assumes suasnoo doesn't actually have a sword, he has a bow. He uses amaterasu to make a sword, and since his sword isnt actually chakra formed into something hard so the chance of swinging flames making a shock wave is extremely unlikely and it'll make countering the sword with devs path easy.
