I say Muu. Sasuke can't absorb Dust Release the way Madara did. And Madara's Susano'o was destroyed by Onoki's Dust Release before he absorbed it with Preta Path. Amaterasu might be too fast for Muu, but I think Muu has the advantage since he was a Kage with skills as a fighter. And you have to remember that Muu can split himself, so even if he gets hit by Amaterasu, that does not guarantee a one-shot kill on Sasuke's side.

This is my reasoning.

Sasuke is at his most vulnerable in air. Muu has more experience than him, specially in air.

You're forgetting that Muu can split himself.

And show me the Manga page where Amaterasu is burning Dust Release.
