Intel: Intel both had on each other up to Tobi giving Sasuke EMS.

Conditions: Tobi has the eye he used Izanagi with against Konan. EMS Sasuke is at the point when he fought Kabuto.

It was stated that Obito has a set time limit ranging from 5-8 minutes of intangibility before he needs to cooldown, just like BM Naruto. Due to the fact that Sasuke has equal or better chakra reserves than Obito he should be more than capable of fending off Obito and force him to eat up his time with intangibility. He can easily utilize Enton variants like Magatama and arrows, along with his Susanoo's heavy DC when using it's blade.

Sasuke's legged Susano'o is roughly equal to the size of BM Naruto's avatar, therefore without a Kyuubi cloak like Kakashi I highly doubt he is capable of warping something of that size. The Kyuubi cloak boosts ones strength/power by over 3x.

Obito is very limited in CQC, Sasuke is capable of utilizing his Raiton and Enton in CQC very effectively. If Obito tries to close in the gap between him and Sasuke, he has to materialize to physically grab and or warp. Sasuke can exploit this by using Chidori Nagashi, effectively rendering Obito's attempt a failure. Sasuke can also wield Enton and has his lesser Susano'o variants to defend. Obito cannot warp somebody out of Susano'o, as the user has been shown to change it from a permeable, hollow, intangible forms, to a solid state at the users will.

your wrong it was stated he can only hold it for 5 mins. if he uses kamui then deactivates it the timer is reset. also i've never seen anything from sasuke that would make obito hold it for that long so he would be wasting chakra trying to make him hold it

also your argument is based on obito trying to capture him. obito is good at CQC and can fight without warping sasuke

with that being said, it is clear from what we have seen that kamui warp is faster than amaterasu, not to mention that kamui phasing is still instant just like FTG, only difference is that obito doesnt rely on any seals or markings (thereby mmaking sasuke unable to spot his next location)
