How exactly does yata protect kisame from sasuke's susanoo? Sasuke's Enton disposes of kisame, whether from long range or cqc. Itachi's susanoo can't stand up to a version of itself plus sasuke's via ems. Even if they both rush sasuke into cqc he takes both out with handheld enton weapons. He can also change the shape of the weapons and extend their range. He has to many ways to kill them. And with the added precognition from his ems there's nothing stoping him from setting one of them on fire with amaterasu. Sasuke wins low diff.
