I say Sasuke. I'm not a fanboy of either, but I'm sure that Sasuke can bring him down.

Easy to claim Sasuke wins but how? He can't touch Minato when Minato can. You would say Susanoo enton? Minato can throw kunais around Sasuke, which will limit his mobility since if he jumps over the kunai or cross through them it will leave him open from the underground Susanoo weakness.

If Sasuke tries long range attack, he kills himself because of S/T barrier. The markings never disappear, so puting kunais on fire won't change a thing especially since fire has never shown the capacity to burn metals like kunais before. If he stays immobile and try to push the kunais around him, Minato could throw another one(or others) infused with his chakra in order to connect with the Susanoo armour.

While connected he could simply warp it away since latest chapter proved once again the Susanoo armour isn't physically connected to Sasuke. Leaving him then open for an attack coming from a surrounding left hiraishin-kunai. Whether Minato decides to go by himself or let his clone do the job will depend on him

Sasuke hits every Kunai with enton making enton everywhere on the floor Minato clones cannot get close Also Minato wont be able to touch sasuke if he covers his susanoo in enton Susanoo arrow are to fast for S/t barrier it was seen in needed a handseal witch susanoo arrow speed is faster then Susanoo also would't piece thru his own susanoo not at its final stage.

Minato trying to cautiously move around the enton or predict when the next arrow is coming might get caught with Amaterasu seen he has no knowlege on it and Ama Sticks to its opponents the last chapter has shown thing will follow him thru FTG once he's caught he's done for and sasuke can see throught his shadow clones and Enton will roast kunai dont know where you got that logic from

It's not as if Sasuke has a huge chakra reserve to spam Enton so that he burns the whole battlefield while also keeping Susanoo up.

As for Minato, he definitely has more chakra than a kid Naruto whom could not summon Bunta without the Kyuubi, whereas Minato did that and many other jutsus without running out of chakra.
