You do realise sasuke wasn't trying to kill kabuto but to capture him right, if sasuke went for the kill it wouldve been a different story "snakes are fodder infront of an uchiha" note that

As for the fight, Sasuke wins. He can spam Amaterasu and Susanoo and 90% of the Sannin's arsenal is useless against a fully formed susanoo. Tsunade can buff Jiraiya and Orochimaru's Ninjutsu, but none of it will ever reach a level close to Rasen Shuriken and Kirin which are what is needed to break the second strongest level of susanoo Sasuke possesses here.

-3 out of 3 can't dodge Amaterasu, but Oro can survive it. Tsunade can survive longer than Jiraiya but she won't be fighting. Jiraiya just dies.

-3 out of 3 of them cannot take on Susanoo and Sasuke in a close range to mid range battle. Susanoo's strikes are too powerful for them to block, too fast for them to dodge (Arrows and Magatama and Sword) and too powerful for them to survive after getting hit.

Kirin is just icing on the cake made of their organs. :lol Sasuke wins comfortably.

Hate to say it but Orochimaru greatest ability is the power to resurrect others to fight for him. Without that he has some alright jutsu but at this level of a fight he isn't worth much

Its like using Gai in a fight and restricting gates.

With that said an Oro fan i guess has the right to be rustled lol

Kabuto waves his finger at vapid power fantasies. He can also heal, absorb or move it away with the sage-chakra infused cave or use the Hozuki hydrification trick if he even got hit with it. Ama would be a waste of chakra.

If Kabuto had full intel like you say that he wouldn't have fought an opponent who could just one-shot him. He was cowardly and chose battles he could win, unless you're saying that entire fight wasn't meant to have any dramatic tension or stakes whatsoever.

If you want to resort it to boring OHKOs then you literally mentioned Sound Chains which without the other brother, stuns him (at the very least), all Kabuto needed was another second to kill Itachi. Alone, that second makes the difference. Uninspired 'one-shot' solution but I guess that's how we do things with Uchiha fans.

Orochimaru uses this jutsu constantly in the Kyuubi battle, it's not some last ditch high- chakra usage jutsu. The fact you think Sasuke (even with early EMS) can just stand on the spot spamming and not get tired before Oro is uninspired and wrong

And to that point I say IF the circumstances are different then why would they fight him in a cave where movement is limited? That's not Sasuke OR Itachi's style especially since their last fight they destroyed the area they were in.

I get your trying to make a point but how can you change tactics based on particular circumstances yet not expect the entire situation to change.

Probably because 1 Sasuke couldn't go all out and had to hold back. 2 it was really Itachi's fight and he told Sasuke to be his backup. 3 Kabuto had field advantage. EMS Sasuke is underrated as heck. He literally had all of the abilities he used in the war when he fought Kabuto.

If OP restricts Amaterasu then I could see him losing but Amaterasu literally rids the field of ALL Summons + Jiraiya who is their main cannon for Susanoo.
