The thing is that Konohamaru is no help here so it is essentially Sasuke VS Konan and without prep time, Konan can't do anything to Sasuke. I reckon 3 tomoe Sasuke could beat her.

But remember Sasuke trolls Susano'o arrows and amaterasu and Konohamaru would be killed from the start leaving Konan unprepared as she likes too make traps then she gets hit with amaterasu and dies.

Konahamaru isn't even a flicker in sasukes eye the only thing closest to a threat is konan and even that isn't nearly enough forr the trolling sasuke :s

Unless its one of them zetsu clones its fairly for his level of sharingan to see through
