Chidori cut Bee's tentacle, Legged Susano'o is destroying any version of Bee aside from BM with minimal difficulty. Sasuke still has Aoda and the Hawk, in which he can use to gain distance and fire Susano'o arrows from, he has shown the ability to use Susano'o up until v3 on the birds back. Aoda would just be mere distraction/hindrance.
Bee's TBB was took directly, despite Suigetsu's unique traits and elemental advantage do you honestly think 1 TBB is going to bust v4 or PS?
Sasuke can track Bee, he was also already capable of dodging him with 3T in midair, his Raiton variants and his EMS precog will allow him to fight on par with him in Kenjutsu unlike before, where he got stabbed. (Mind you he was still weakened from his fight with Itachi and lost his best ability at the time.) Another option to turn the tables in CQC completely, Sasuke can utilize Ribcage Susano'o which is perfectly capable of overpowering Bee and defend from his Lariats or blades He is very swift with Ribcage Susano'o.
The fact of the matter is, I highly doubt Bee can even hit Sasuke in CQC, with or without his Susano'o, his precognitive abilities and speed did increase quite a bit. SM Madara commented on Sasuke's fluid movements/great handling. He wouldn't be in rough shape as he was against Bee either.
