Sasuke takes this low-mid difficulty. KCM users can't fight on par with PS users, they need BM to do so. Jiraiya is a non factor and will only be a liability to Minato.

EMS Sasuke PS has no feats to gauge its power. Minato ports it away from him and solos mid difficulty.

--He floods the entire battlefield with enton and sets all the marked kunais and locations ablaze therefore nullifying minatos use of FTG completely, and through his sharingan he can certainly locate all these locations perfectly

--He then eradicates the duo with PS, as his PS doesnt have to be anywhere near madaras to overwhelm these guys, seeing how the duo still has nothing against its firepower at all, nor do they have the means to bust it open,

--teleporting sasuke out of his susanoo is also unlikely when sasuke would have covered the range of FTG just fine, and when he can track minatos shunshin as well as the fact that sasuke form his susanoo nigh instantly,, therefore preventing minato from landing a mark

--Summons are also non factor when they are all just food for amaterasu, or they die by PS along with the duo themselves

--Blitzing is also not happening when sasuke has shown to be capable of tracking Juubito,who is faster then minato himself,

--Sasuke can also take the duo down by kirin, annd the fact that using enton helps him prepare the jutsu and counter FTG, certainly makes this a viable method of sasukes victory
