kakashi and stand a very good chance, kakashi's arsenal is what really helps alot and gai's brute power and speed are capable of dodging sussano arrows and amerastu, they can probably even beat nagato.

i dont think gai can dodge amaterasu , maybe if he uses the 7th or 8th gate. depends how fast his neve transmission and reaction time are when using the gates.but personally, since the gates are sort of a complete boost of power, they might affect the nervous system too? so i guess its possible to dodge amaterasu when using final gates(7 & 8).
