I agree, but Sakura did kill Sasori as the battle: Sasori Vs. Chiyo and Sakura
If I were to vote I would say Sasuke. Kabuto abilities are of Orochimaru's, but him using them doesn't really change who he is as a ninja. It may only change or improve his abilities and not his overall skill.

Where did you get Kabumaru couldn't use Edo Tensei? Haven't you seen all those dead people running around in the manga under Kabumaru's control?

And Orochimaru got owned several times by a normal sharingan. Kabuto with edo tensei would beat Sasuke but without it he'd be killed.
