That's the reason why KCM Naruto is so fast, his Non-Shunshin speed is already some high tier characters Shunshin speed. Then the amount of chakra he has in combination of how strong that chakra is gives him an incredible Shunshin.

Its the same as with Onoki and Deidara. She just doesn't use Shunshin, flight is more her style. Her flight is faster because of that.​
