sasuke because of plot lol but i dont know myself hard to say but i do remember when tobi implanted itachi's eyes in sasuke. and sasuke said he felt himself getting stronger and the great toad sage said Naruto will fight a young man with great power in his eyes so he has gotten stronger Mr.Kishimoto just doesn't want to show us yet.

So far EMS doesn't seem like it's made Sasuke stronger. So my vote goes for Itachi.

Itachi would win. Sasuke has gotten far too cocky ever since he obtained MS, so I can't imagine how sloppy he'd fight after getting EMS. Itachi would just capitalize on his silly mistakes and catch him off guard.

Itachi mid diff. He could have destroyed Sasuke, even when he was almost blind and sick. Cmon people, seriously? Itachi is so much more experienced with his Sharingan and wouldn't make silly mistakes like he did in their 1st bout, which was staged lol.

Even with EMS, I don't see Sasuke winning.
