EMS Sasuke Vs Itachi?

i only want to add that Itachi knows he's own eyes.
If its itachi's will then sasuke can die verry slowly in tsukyomi or as fast as itachi can take him out.
cmon people we all saw how the itachi vs sasuke/oro fight was while being sick and not having the intention to kill sasuke.
sasuke will find a tragic death here.
