Already did in canon. Only reason why he wouldn't be able to cover his Complete Susanoo is because of chakra, and considering not one person here has the grounds to claim that Sasuke doesn't have the chakra to cover his Susanoo with Enton in EMS form, Sasuke can pull it off and easily at that.

But it is. Kamui shuriken is him putting kamui on part of his susanno. Given his chakra there's nothing stopping him from putting it on its entirety. Especially since you're claiming Ems sasuke of all ppl can do the same with ama.

Except Kamui Shuriken is him forming Shuriken w/ Kamui's powers instilled into them. Never has he shown to apply any form of Kamui to the body of his Susanoo. Sasuke has.
