One on one with Hinata's dad? Hell yeah. At the same time? Possibly.

Battle factors are this:

Sasuke has Susanno, which is nearly impervious to physical attacks. The clan are mostly Taijutsu users, so this renders most of their attacks ineffective. Second problem is Amaterasu, which nobody in the clan is fast enough to dodge. Period. If a Naruto clone is there, Hinata and a few others survive.

Byakugan has no upgrades that we know of, whereas Sasuke has a fully matured Sharingan. Once we count in Tsukuyomi, I honestly think the Hyuuga stand no chance. If Sasuke can murder 20-25 zetsu, what stops him from defeating a dozen Byakugan users?

Consider the Byakugan:

The long-range vision might let them get the jump on Sasuke, but even that is doubtful. The ability to see through solid objects doesn't help them here. Can Bykugan see through Susanno? Doubtful, it had trouble with the Four Black Frogs of the Sound 4. Restricting Sasuke's chakra flow would involve being able able to hit his chakra points. There is no indication anyone in the clan has the speed, power or intelligence requisite to do that.

Sorry to say, but Neji was essentially fodder. Even with Neji and Hinata there and the whole clan, Sasuke wins on medium difficulty.

Factors against the Hyuuga:

-Susanno. Nobody has the ability to break it
-Tsukuyomi, means immediately that Neji or someone else gets genjutsu'd.
-Amaterasu. The only ones fast enough to dodge it are on Raikage or Naruto level of speed, possibly Minato or Obito. Amaterasu = barbeque'd Hyuuga.
-The snake summons.

Basically, they'd stand no chance. Even without Enton sword or higher level Blaze Release, Sasuke stomps all these guys. This thread is like asking if Killer Bee could take down Konohomaru and his friends lol
