Don't get me wrong, I don't hate the uchiha(except sasuke at the start; Ep 1 to about 600 or so) they were just neutral for me. Like right now, I think madara's pretty awesome and so is sasuke, but i won't say i like them, they're just in a neutral zone like other people. Itachi i avidly like, however. Obito on the other hand, was cool at first, but after a while it was just *Gun to head*. I'm actually praying that madara takes over soon... I'm so tired of obito, I was excited when I thought he was going to die rinne tensei'ing madara. argh.

You're ignoring the fact that Itachi had no intent to kill and his eye does play a huge factor.
What happened afterwards matters; not 50 chapters ago characters develop themselves and their skillset; Sasuke's eyes do not bleed anymore; it is not a minor mistake happens in character design author knows the skillset of characters more than readers.
Just like he did against Madara under the same situation right?

It increases power of attacks maybe but it doesn't change a technique. I believe he can. Susanoo is just the materialisation of the user's chakra. Sasuke has shown no chakra problem even before receiving Naruto's chakra, spamming EMS techniques without tiring. I just think that depending on his emotions, he can develop stages faster like against Danzo for example
