no gaara pulls sasuke out of susanoo while riding on aoda, not to mention sasuke in his susanoo is too fast and won't be standing still like madara was

Yes from below he used the sand on Madara's feet to manipulate in a way to grab and throw Madara out. Though I doubt it would do anything in a 1v1 fight against Sasuke because how would be be able to follow up? Besides it also matters where they fight

He didn't manage it by himself. The sand in his gourd and all around the area was lightened by Onoki. Only then he managed to pull Madara out. Without Onoki, he isn't accomplishing that.
