Draw...i think because it seems as if sasuke is the reincarnation of madara. For example, when sasuke thinks he can defeat all of the hokage at the summit even though the kage proved to be too much for him to handle. Cocky huh?
Madara also has this as well when fought the 5 kage he had no worries...the only difference is, sasuke lost because he did not have ems(did he?) Nor the rinnegan and hashi's techniques. So I conclude madara with no rinnegan and hashi ,draws sasukee in a fight due to their similar fighting patterns and intelligence. However, madara might know more powerful jutsu than sasuke. Meh Madara's PS squishes ten EMS Sasukes.

The only advantage Sasuke has is his lightning and enton/amaterasu but all of that is useless since this will come down to a susanoo vs susanoo fight which Madara clearly wins easily.
