He can make a stronger Susanoo because of Itachi's eyes power.No Jubito drop throwing them in the ground is stronger than one biju tail hit

Given the fact he hasn't shown much difference in Susanoo, I'm inclined to believe his EMS made him stronger via Choku Tomoe. And even so, Itachi's Chakra is not impressive; databook lists it as 2.5. Juubito's Chakra Arms were physically overpowered by Minato's BM tail:

Nope. He weakened it, and then goes to say overlap your tails. It took 9 tails of each Bijuu to destroy Madara's V3 Susanoo, whereas Juubito destroyed it by throwing him to the ground. Bijuu's tails > Juubito throwing, as witnessed by Minato.

Since Sasuke's PS has no feats and logic reasoning to be half of Madara's power, and Madara's PS is tiers above as feats show, MS Madara beats him comfortably. Let alone EMS Madara, who not even Rinnegan or Rikudou Naruto can beat individually.

It appears Kaguya have somehow infused her will with Black Zetsu and set up Madara's downfall, once he casts the Infinite Tsukuyomi; however, those two are not aware of Madara's true intelligence and counters are. Allow me to logically and factually explain below:

Kishimoto is hinting Madara will not be beaten by the Juinjutsu, Black Zetsu is currently using on Madara. In other words, Madara will switch with his Limbo clone to escpae in the very same way he did to Naruto & Sasuke.

Kishimoto has yet to show us the full power of 2 eyed Rinnegan, something only Madara possess right now and Madara's backstory. Once Madara switches with his Limbo, he will kill Black Zetsu, Kaguya, Naruto and Sasuke, thus ruling the series as Madara Shippuden.
