Susanoo is the only thing that would give Sasuke a decent shot at winning, without it he has no good defense and he lacks a good offense to really hurt or kill Naruto. Naruto takes out Sasuke without to many problems

Sasuke can counter FRS with Amaterasu or Enton, but Naruto still has clones, Rasengan Barrages and speed, strength and durability far beyond Sasuke's level nor can he properly handle this + clones without something to guard him like Susanoo.

So yeah, Naruto wins comfortably.

Using Enton Kagutsuchi to complement Perfect Susano'o was Sasuke's only way of even having a chance here. Stripping away all of that places EMS Sasuke against a multitude of BSM Naruto's clones with speed and destructive power that far exceeds his own and he literally has nothing in his arsenal outside of Susano'o that can compete with multiple Chou Oodama Rasengans.

Then Sasuke could win high diff. Blitzes can be intercepted by using Enton Kagutsuchi, FRS is useless due to the same tech and when it comes to Rasengan, Amaterasu would burn any variation of it up.
