We haven't really seen Sasuke use PS unless you want to count when he used Susanoo as armor on kurama. We haven't seen him use it like Madara has. I'm giving it to naruto Mid Difficulty. The only Technique Sasuke has as of now to actually have a chance of putting naruto down is Amaterasu.
