if you are calling kishi a liar then thats your problem. he has said it in his interviews. he doesnt specifically have to say "current naruto" and "current sasuke". he has already made it clear where they stand in relation to eachother.

No, that wasn't a true display of Sasuke's power, that was him killing some fodder zetsu clones along with the original.

Naruto got his power up and it was showcased in actual, serious combat.

Sasuke hasn't been in actual, serious combat since he fought Danzo.
