Sasuke's arrows were not able to hit Kabuto, and you are saying his slashes, which are probably 5 times as slow, can hit the 2 fastest shinobi in NV?
That is insane

Minato/Tobirama can pull some double FTG trick they did on Juubito and smash sasuke.

This hilarious, even Tobirama with a little luck could win, let alone add Minato who can enter sage mode himself, thus making him even faster.
