actually,A's raiton shroud offers penetration and speed,it does not increase his strength at all,which is why a single chop was able to penetrate the susanoo whereas a powerbomb cudnt.

He also blocked a susanoo sword,which has far more piercing power than a chidori.

All gaara needs to do is simply use the sand under sasuke's feet,grab him and sasuke is done for
