Ot: with a good combo, they can win. Madara did get pushed into using PS by the 5 image anyway. And really, it was mei, Ay and gaara's combo thatpretty much forced him.

Mei on long range attacks( her suiton are too much for Sasuke. Especially now that they're on water)
And Ay on blitz defences against his raiton attacks .

Susano'o is going to be the biggest problem, but on top water, mei will simply sink him, hit him with suit on from below or possibly even use other jutsu such as mizu clones.

Kages would win high-extreme diff.
This is a 3 v 1, not 3 1v1

, meaning that Amaterasu won't work, plus he can pull Sasuke out of Susanoo. Sasuke would be forced to keep using Susanoo because of A (therefore wasting chakra), plus he and Mei can combine Raiton and Suiton to paralyse him and Gaara can deliver the finish blow.
The kages have a good chance of winning imo.

Ay can't do anything to V2 Susano cloaked in Enton flames.

Gaara's sand blocks Amaterasu... + he is one of the most efficient long ranged fighters.

He didn't block Amaterasu, i've seen too many people say this shit over and over.
