Sasuke wins-amaterasu incapacitates the edos. Similar to what happened to nagato-except unlike nagato, they can't blow the flames off via shinra tensei or absorb it via the preta path. Amaterasu is essentially sasuke/itachi's way of dealing with edos, as even if the edos regenerate, the flame keeps on burning for 7 days and nights.
