Intel: sasuke has full knowledge on how kamui works and obito has manga knowledge on sasuke from his fight with danzo.(amaterasu, susanoo, and its arrows)

Conditions: sasuke starts with ribcage susanoo coated with enton and an enton sword in one hand and his sword with lighting streamed through it in the other hand. obito has his chains here and starts with them out.

Restrictions: kurama for obito and ps for sasuke. sasuke can still use a v4 legged susanoo in this match up if needed.

EMS Sasuke can track, intercept and tag JJ Obito. He will have no problem forcing Obito to materialize to finish him off.

Obito can survive any attack Sasuke throws at him if he simply plays defense, but once or if he materializes to try and warp him away Susanoo's activation will crush him or Enton will skewer him.

Obito can outlast sasuke and with intel he has he will choose that option if he really sucks at mokuton that is. Warping fresh sasuke will be difficult due to susano activation and he doesn't have offensive kamui here but sasuke can't harm him either if he plays defensive and with manga intel he should knowing all about susano. So it's a standstill. I'd prefer obito because of hashirama's dna. Plus if he uses mokuton well he may be able to force sasuke to waste more chakra.
