I would say kisame. WHY? samehada all of sasuke jutsu are chakra based, susanoo which is sasuke trump card is chakra based so id say kisame plus u give him location advantage u just making sasuke lose. so far we havent seen sasuke with EMS is just MS just no drawbacks, but supposely it gives on new tech which we havent seen it

remember kisame sword hates fire shown when itachi shot a fireball at killer bee sasuke can put amaterratsu flames around susanoo his sword would not like dat at all.

Sasuke rapes mid difficulty. why? Cuz kisame has no defense against his genjutsu, amaturasu, or susanoo arrows accept mabey to block it with his sword and thats unlikely. sasukes not dumb enough to keep using chakra based attacks like bee n whoever else he would no exactly what to avoid. Kisame has o/10 chance of winning.
