Continuous TBB ends them. I think Tobirama said he can only warp one TBB with Hirashin and it wasn't just because the size of it, he's probably limited in ability since Minato Hirashin is more advanced so they get smoked, easily.

The advantage Hiraishin gives Sasuke is negated when Minato can just counter with his own, and Jugo's Senjutsu boost lets him beat Minato in every area except firepower, where Minato still dominates since something 2x the power of a regular Bijuu Dama (maybe 2.5 or 3 since he has Senjutsu here) is all he needs to damage Sasuke's Susanoo, and his Bijuu Sized Bijuu Dama easily accomplishes that. On the other hand, Sasuke can't get past the Avatar.
