I agree. Danzo and MS Sasuke are pretty much equal (Sasuke would have tied with him if he didn't get healed by Karin).
So if
MS Sasuke = Danzo
and
Onoki > MS Sasuke (or equal)

Then

Danzo + Onoki > EMS Sasuke

Only ms obito would give him trouble. The rest he sweeps with low to medium effort. Madara has explained that obito can't use kamui to transport himself or anything else fast enough to avoid

which would be as fast as a kagutsuchi arrow. Obito can't stay intangible forever and sasuke has intel on inzanagi and izanami so that won't work. It could go either way but I'd like to see obito beat sasuke's susanoo.
