The sage of 6 paths had 2 sons, one that inherited the 6 paths eyes and power. the other that inherited his chakra and wisdom (not sure if it was wisdom). senjuu and uzumaki have the 6 paths chakra. pain was an uzumaki. the uchiha has the eyes and power. obviously, combining the 2 would create the power of the 6 paths: the rinnengan.

and madara already said in the manga "so this is the power of the 6 paths" or something along those lines. after having hashirama's dna.

that doesnt make sense. because nagato's last name is uzumaki. he never had the sharingan.

Many things wrong with that first we Never seen Nagato eyes before, his hair was always covering his eyes, and when they say he awaken the Rinnegan it could be interpret that he awaken there powers it was his first time usin a technique cause that was the first time he was overwhelmed with emotion

What Sugetsu found in Orochimaru's lab was Hashirama's (or Yamato's) DNA.
Sasuke injects himself with wood style Hashirama DNA and achieves the Rinnengan. Sasuke decides to "test his vessel" by taking on Madara.

Ending 1: Naruto is getting his ass handed to him by Madara. Sasuke becomes nostalgic. He blocks a move for Naruto and together they beat the crap out of Madara. Sasuke flees after the battle is over. Time skip.

Ending 2: Sasuke takes Madara head on, but not to save the Kage's. Merely to "test his vessel." Sasuke gets his ass handed to him. With the support of the other tailed beasts, Naruto jumps in to fight side by side with Sasuke. After Madara dies, Sasuke flees, and Naruto chases after him. Since Sasuke is drained from using Hashirama's DNA, Naruto catches him, pins him to a tree, and hits him, cries on his shoulder. Sasuke kisses him.

I doubt that obtaining Rinnegan is as simple as injecting Hashirama's cells and having EMS. But then again, Troll Master Kishi.......
