EMS Sasuke or Rinnegan Sasuke

As someone already said ,PS height is completly out of amino reach .if sasuke tries to get close ,he gets slashed and murdered .it actually depends if we give Sasuke techniques like Shinra tensi and Core CT .if yes it will then come down to his jutsu scale .if he can make a CT bigger than Deva 's one and drops it as a meteor then he can win .otherwise he loses .

Rinnegan Genjutsu should be stronger than EMS Genjutsu. Sasuke's strongest Genjutsu feats (resisting/dispelling IT, controlling all of the Bijuu in an instant) were cast through his Rinnegan.

Anyway, the whole thread is immediately flawed when you limit Sasuke's PS to the EMS, since he gained it with his Rinnegan. It IS one of Sasuke's greatest powers, even with Rinnegan. It's his Chakra Avatar. We don't even know that it requires EMS, since Madara used it while blind.

Madara never used PS while blind EMS Sasuke did use PS. He used it to cover kurama.

OT Rinnegan Sasuke wins this isn't debatable really.
