Kurama himself is not made of chakra he has chakra inside his body, so this are 2 different scenario's.
Madara did make PS on his own in EMS form.

Show a scan of Madara using​ PS without Kurama and not being edo he and Sasuke made PS and covered Kurama with it it wasn't because of Kurama's chakra. Look at the official coloring he have no Kyuubi chakra that PS was all Sasuke.

Clearly everyone that naruto shared chakra with got a power up and you are correct. Before naruto gave him chakra his susanoo didn't have legs. That is a fact. Naruto helped him out and that's the end of it.

i dont know why silly threads like this are always being made, its just so retarded and the ones that agree with it make themselves look like fools. soosano is an ms tech and the user has the ability to shape it or develop it into another stage, its the skill of the user it has nothing to do with more chakra. as suzano and another pointed out, he made a v4 without any chakra and so why cant he develop an inferior version to it?? he had no cloak when he used ps as it went away when he was slammed to the ground, ps>>>>v3. last time i checked kyuubis chakra only made a jutsu more powerful, it doesnt develop said jutsu into another stage, that all depends on the user. common sense is obv not so common.

Tripple in fact. Kakashi's own words, when he had kyubi cloak, he said Kamui was x3 in size and efficiency with Naruto's chakra cloak. If a hax jutsu like Kamui is trippled, then imagine lower level jutsu

Perfect Susanoo can be achieved through Mangekyou Sharingan [Considering Kakashis feats], Sasuke should have the ability to do the same with his EMS

Although the moment did not arise for him to do so before engaging Obito [He already received chakra from Kurama at that point of time] .​
