I came to the conclusion that when the war started it was going to focus solely on Naruto. Why? Because it was his time to further improve his plot in the story. This means that Sasuke as a deuteragonist had to take a break from the story since this arc has little relevance to do with him, except perhaps showing his powers of the EMS that might benefit the Shinobi Alliance by taking out Madara. His other goal is to face Naruto in one more fight, but that can be called to question will he have the same drive to defeat Naruto?
I wanted to start out by saying that KM Naruto would have lost to EMS Sasuke, if they fought from the early parts of the war. Let's face it this is the only time where i believe Naruto surpassed Sasuke.
This Naruto in my image most definitely can defeat Sasuke due to his new powers. But the previous form doesn't really come close to Sasuke's power, if you believe that for a second. Why didn't Kishimoto make Sasuke appear before Naruto to settle their differences from the start of the war? The reason is simple, because Sasuke had his EMS implanted after his fight with Danzo. So if Sasuke didn't have to go through recovery and had he fought against Naruto. Sasuke would of simply won the match against him.
This proves to me that the previous form before BM Naruto would of lost to Sasuke. This is a glimpse that we see Sasuke starting to show off his powers. Let me warn you that the latter started to show off his power even after Naruto got BM. So that means Naruto already had several power-ups unlike Sasuke. This will prove my points that this EMS Sasuke would trump KM Naruto.
KM Naruto wouldn't stand a chance against Sasuke's EMS Complete Susanoo especially with the new powers that it has develop. A sword with wrenching power, Susanoo Arrows coated with Amaterasu, and an Orb that can shoot small Magatamas? What more can Sasuke obtain from the famous Kishimoto-san? Well, he will get more power-ups soon!
Sasuke has been the only character to have saved Itachi from another deity. Sasuke can surround himself with or without Susanoo to make Amaterasu encircle him. Seen in the image that he was preventing Kabuto from getting close to them.
Sasuke saves Itachi here again with a partial parts of his Susanoo. So if Sasuke was able to contribute assistance to the famous Itachi-san unlike Bee and Naruto that became sort of roaches in the way by doing nothing against Nagato. I am sure in my mind that Sasuke would have defeated Naruto had he only been in KM mode.
Naruto can't get around all of Sasuke's attack, and even if he could the boy would still struggle to land a hit on Sasuke. Plus, Sasuke's attacks are all in a dangerous scale that can cause serious harm or death. Naruto at that time didn't even know weaknesses of the Susanoo. He only started to know about Susanoo after seeing Madara using it against the 4th Division with Gaara and Onoki. Gaara was the one to exploit one of Susanoo's weaknesses which is pulling the opponent away from the Susanoo. Naruto has knowledge so i can be aware that he will try to do this if he fights Sasuke. But the Naruto in the earlier parts of the war wouldn't have a clue on stopping Susanoo meaning that Sasuke would have taken advantage of Naruto. Sasuke's Susanoo would tank pretty much Naruto's attack. He can surround himself in flames and shoot arrow till he bisects Naruto.
So in short terms, EMS Sasuke> KM Naruto.
