Lets counter speed first:

First of all, lets get this straight. Minato>=Naruto> V2 Raikage> Sasuke> V1 Raikage in speed wise. Minato>Sasuke in speed, but lets not forget that Sasuke has quite a lot of speed as well and this was only when he had MS. With EMS he has gotten better reflexes so Minato would have a pretty hard time touching him. Remember when Sasuke's sharingan was catching all of Naruto's moves in the final valley? That's basically what Sasuke can do to Minato but there is a CHANCE that Minato might get him due to Sasuke's cockiness, but as of right now. I think Sasuke could detect Minato with a lot of difficulty.

Counter number 2: FTG

First off all, like I said before. It will require some time for Minato to catch Sasuke. In that much time, Sasuke can pull out Susano'o. I agree that Minato would be able to teleport Sasuke's susano'o away, but how would that be a win? Just making him away from the battlefield? That's not a win. So Minato is tied here. He wont be able to get Sasuke with FTG as once Sasuke gets susano'o out, he's pretty much done. Minato can not beat him until he has shown an attack that can rip through Susano'o. Sasuke could just use amaterasu on him. Minato would dodge it but eventually he would get tired out and can not break Sasuke's susanoo. Sasuke EMS never lets him run out of power. So Minato loses this match.

Counter number 3 : Countering the Susano'o warping. (Credits go to Edo Sasori)

I have seen many members claim that Minato can warp Sasuke's Susano'o just like he warped the Juubi's TBB. [1][2][3] However, this isn't happening due to Enton. Sasuke has already shown the ability to cover his Susano'o in Enton. [4][5] If a marked Kunai gets close to Sasuke's Enton covered Susano'o, the Enton will burn it or melt it. Not to mention that Minato has to throw that kunai at Sasuke which means that Sasuke can simply use Amaterasu to completely melt it before it even comes close to him and unless the kunai has V2 Ay - like speed, it will get hit by the Amaterasu. [6] Due to Sasuke's Enton, the kunai has no chance of reaching Sasuke which means that Minato won't be able to warp Sasuke's Susano'o. Please do note that Sasuke's Sharingan can see Chakra so it would see the FTG marks. [7]

Conclusion: Minato can not beat Sasuke. It's just this and Minato might have some more techniques that we have not seen yet so this is not over, but currently, Sasuke> Minato. Thank you for viewing

Yeah. If you get blitzed. But V1 Ay wasn't blitzing Sasuke. Their speed is more or less equal, V1 Ay has a small edge, which the Sharingan helped overcome.

V1 Ay is nothing special, honestly. Base Minato is way faster than that.
