No it wasnt. Do you know what he just did? He didn't use more chakra to create more Susanoo, he stabilized his susanoo. Now tell me, if he had more chakra would it be easier to stabilize or harder? Would having more chakra help himstabilize his Susanoo?

When you say stabilized I think of Madara creating this huge ass susanoo, not Sasuke's susanoo acquiring legs. He definitely did not stabilize his susanoo just to give it some legs, he would of added something a little more...

he could of been hiding that part of his susano'o up until now by patially conjuring his susano'o with just his upper half of it lol may never know
