@bold Sauske was using an amatarasu blade not the Totsuka blade if it was Totsuka the Zetsu that was pierced would have been sealed instead of burnt to a crisp.

EMS Madara had control of Kyuubi when it was at full power & could transfer Susanoo armor onto it. That seems a little more OPif you ask me anyway.

Untill Sauske is shown with the Totsuka blade & Yata mirror he does not have them.

Besides they are spiritual weapons that Itachi owns I can understand Itachi's ability's transferring to Sasuke but not his own special weapons.
