Actually all Susanoo able to warp around object completely dose not matter the various size of the covered object.

IT just a chakra constructed than able to be manipulated by the users.

Where are u getting this information it wont evolve a jutsu? Lol it made his susanoo 3x stronger. Sasuke already showd the susanoo he was capable of using while solo when he cut the giant god tree branch.

The reason he didn't use it then was because he hasn't unlocked it yet, he only unlocked it when he covered Kurama.

Yeah, he unlocked PS at that moment. He's been randomly unlocking and progressing Susanoo with time, like as he fought Danzo he went from Skeleton to Archer Susanoo, same here.
