you didnt read my post because i was talking about CST - Chou Shinra Tensei
naruto and itachi are not anticipating it, and naruto is certainly not tanking it, when nagato can pinpoint the force towards him, so he gets turned to paste,
as for itachi his V4 certainly gets busted, and if he survives, then the following attack is definitely taking him down
