This is a tough one. Their susano'o can be stopped by 1,000 hand Buddha, seeing as it stopped PS. Itachi can still one shot with Tsukuyomi.

Hashirama has not shown to be able to use sealing techs though. Remember when Hashirama got edo Madara with wood dragon, he signaled for Sai to come in for the sealing. Why didn't Hashirama seal Madara himself? (I'm 95% positive Hashirama knows a sealing jutsu).

I say edo Itachi and Sasuke - med difficulty if kotoamatsukami is allowed, or Hashirama can't seal.

I say Hashirama - high difficulty if there is no kotoamatsukami, and Hashirama can seal.

Hashirama takes this mid difficulty.

In the end, Itachi doesn't have the fire power to compete with Hashirama and would be outmatched. Hashirama being the long range fighter isn't getting put into a genjutsu especially with clone feints and the fact he is a sensor who doesn't have to look into their eyes.

Shinsusenju is too large to be taken down with amaterasu and Sasuke's destructive feats with his PS are yet to be seen but are surely far below Madara's PS and Kyubbi fusion.

Once he enters Sage Mode its GG for the Uchiha Bros.

-They have nothing in their arsenals to even put a scratch on Shinsuusenju, even if Sasuke's PS is as strong as Madara's, it's far too weak to phase Shinsuusenju when it was stalemated with Mokujin.

-They have nothing that'll let them survive Chojo Kebutsu as PS was broken open by it and Itachi has a lesser Susanoo.

Sasuke gets squashed and Itachi gets wrapped up by Mokujin and that's the end of this fight.
