No rinnegan is better. Mastery of all elements, shared field of vision, crazy summons, soul absorption, control of gravity, absorption of ninjutsu, mechanical powers and the ability to revive fallen bodies. Rinnegan user just has to avoid eye contact then everything else the ems has cn be countered.
