EMS question

Can EMS be obtained if eyes are exchanged between clan members or is it only for siblings?????
(I brought this up after reading todays chapter where madara mentioned all his brothers were dead.So i doubt Izuna was his brother)

Makes sense to me.Everything wil be cleared when we get to know who izuna really is and his relation to madara

Why would you make up figures ?

Either it was a horrible translation or it honestly doesn't matter if you have to be siblings.So far nothing in the manga ever hints that you have to be siblings to get the mangekyo.Especiallly since obito awakened through witnessing ring die.

It would appear that the tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the "receiver", the better it is for compatibility — a sibling for example seems to make the best donor.

it states in the manga (no idea where/when since it was long ago) that it could only be attained through family relations (unless kishi changes the rule haha). It also says in the manga (by Itachi i think) that the Uchiha clan would kill/fight over each other in hopes of gaining power (which didn't work).

At this point, you can only gain EMS though those of the same immediate family/siblings (I could be wrong but that's what my memory is telling me haha). If I remember correctly, Itachi mentioned only someone with the same blood as him (depicting the Uchiha in general) can break out of his genjutsu (with the use of a 3 tomoe Sharingan).

So one pro is being an Uchiha while the other pro is being an Uchiha sibling.
