EMS question

As everyone knows, a uchiha needs his/her siblings eyes with MS to get the EMS. Why did the sibling just not trade eyes?
Sasuke gets itachi's and when sasuke eyes are out, give them to itachi??
What would happen?

Welcome. There is a search bar. But this cannot happen because when they get the others eyes, they are combined.

Cuz if they just throw away a pair of Mangekyou sharigan eyes thats dumb
They can give it to 2 more people

they only have another look because of the new techniques and the eyes new owner...to take eyes you have to get rid of your own eyes...but yea i also made a thread about this some time ago..no one can answer this^^
